EcoEnergy Ventures AB is a Swedish renewable energy company developing, financing, and operating solar, wind, and green hydrogen projects across Europe, Africa, India, and South America. EcoEnergy's project portfolio spans 38 completed installations with a combined operational capacity of 2.4GW — enough to power approximately 1.8 million homes. The company raised a €420 million Series D round in 2024 led by BlackRock's Climate Infrastructure fund, valuing EcoEnergy at approximately €2.8 billion. It is widely regarded as a leading candidate for an IPO on the Stockholm Stock Exchange within the next two years.
